Welcome to my itty bitty corner of the digital world! I’m a full-spectrum Certified Professional Doula (CPD), with training and experience in Hypnobirthing, Spinning Babies, Gilligan’s Guide & as a Death Doula; birthing and raising three grown children; mentoring teens in the community; victim advocacy; breast cancer/chemo/bilateral mastectomy survivor; post-divorce thriver; and waging war against the effects of sexual assault.

My goal is to support people through their pain & past their suffering; to connect others to love, beauty, nature, their spirituality & loved ones; & to remind everyone of their own strength to overcome difficulties.

Vulnerability is something I am proud of. In many ways I see it as a coat of arms. If we are unafraid to cry, to acknowledge our mistakes, to fall down and get back up, to offer a vision so ambitious that it makes the short-sighted laugh, if we are brave enough to be human in front of the whole world, then what can our detractors really do? What do we have to be afraid of when we lift our own veil? The answer is nothing. Nothing at all.
